Employment Opportunities
With a degree in sociology, one can be employed in public and private sectors. The range of career opportunities shows variety of fields such as human resources, advertising, publishing, or market research. In addition to that, sociologists may also take positions as coordinators, advisors or administrators in various NGOs and international organizations like UNDP, WB, UNICEF, ILO. With the undergraduate degree from the Department of Sociology, one can also choose to be involve in the centers for family consulting or to be teach in the secondary schools as a counsellor or a teacher respectively. Academic career is also another option to take by means of further applications to Master’s Degree Programs.
